Across energy-intensive industries, vast amounts of process heat are lost — along with opportunities to cut costs and emissions. HEATEN’s HeatBooster, a breakthrough high-temperature heat pump, enables efficient recovery and reuse of process heat up to 200 °C.
Each HeatBooster unit can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 12,000 tons annually, cut energy use by up to 85%, and save up to 40,000 m³ of water per year, delivering significant sustainability and cost advantages. Unlike conventional systems, HeatBooster leverages a unique piston compressor design based on more than 100,000 hours of field-proven operation, offering outstanding flexibility, part-load efficiency down to 20%, and compatibility with a wide range of working fluids. Scalable from 1 to 50 MW, it meets the dynamic thermal needs of modern industrial operations.
