Prefab bouwen draait om onderdelen die vooraf, onder gecontroleerde omstandigheden, worden geproduceerd. Binnen het segment Bouwcomponenten vindt u bouwkundige en installatietechnische onderdelen die op de bouwplaats snel, nauwkeurig en efficiënt kunnen worden samengebracht.

Denk aan vloer-, dak-, gevel- en staalframe-elementen, kozijnen, leiding- en sanitairsystemen, elektrotechnische voorzieningen, funderingsoplossingen, zonwering en bevestigingstechniek. Deze componenten kunnen afzonderlijk worden toegepast, maar ook onderdeel zijn van een groter bouwsysteem of compleet concept.

Door bouwcomponenten vroeg in het ontwerp op elkaar af te stemmen, kunnen productie en montage beter worden voorbereid. Dat vermindert het aantal bewerkingen op de bouwplaats, verkleint de kans op aansluitproblemen en maakt de kwaliteit beter voorspelbaar.
